Senior Vice President, Integrated Marketing

San Francisco, California, United States

Highwire's SVP, Integrated Marketing will serve as a strategic leader within the Integrated Solutions team, reporting to the EVP, Integrated Solutions. This role will lead the growth, evolution, and execution of Highwire's integrated marketing offering, serving as a trusted advisor to priority clients and a key partner across the agency.

The SVP will build and scale Highwire's integrated marketing capabilities, developing the teams, processes, and frameworks required to deliver holistic, cross-channel solutions. By connecting expertise across insights and analytics, strategy, creative, social, influencer, paid, and communications, this leader will help clients solve complex business challenges and achieve measurable results.

This role is responsible for driving agency growth, expanding client relationships, strengthening integrated capabilities, and positioning Highwire as a leading integrated marketing and communications partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the growth and performance of integrated marketing programs across priority client accounts, driving measurable business impact, client value, and account expansion.
  • Build, scale, and oversee Highwire's integrated marketing function, including defining offerings, establishing best practices, developing capabilities, and building a high-performing team.
  • Partner with the EVP, Integrated Solutions to productize integrated solutions and create scalable offerings that drive adoption across clients and the agency.
  • Establish operational frameworks, processes, and tools that enable effective collaboration, efficient resource allocation, and seamless delivery across integrated initiatives.
  • Partner with project management leadership to strengthen planning, execution, and workflow across integrated marketing programs.
  • Drive new business growth by identifying opportunities, contributing to pitches, and developing integrated solutions that address client needs.
  • Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients, helping connect brand, communications, product marketing, and business objectives through integrated strategies.
  • Lead collaboration across strategy, creative, insights, analytics, PR, social, paid, influencer, and account teams to deliver impactful, integrated campaigns.
  • Translate audience insights, research, cultural trends, and business objectives into actionable strategies, campaigns, and communications programs.
  • Partner with Creative and Strategy teams to develop compelling brand narratives, inspire breakthrough creative work, and deliver award-worthy campaigns.
  • Own the operational performance, profitability, and effectiveness of integrated marketing initiatives, including establishing KPIs, OKRs, measurement frameworks, and reporting.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop talent across Integrated Marketing and Project Management while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Identify emerging channels, technologies, and marketing trends to continuously evolve Highwire's integrated marketing capabilities.
  • Develop case studies, awards submissions, thought leadership, and agency marketing materials that demonstrate integrated success and elevate Highwire's market position.
Success Factors
  • 12+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, communications, or marketing leadership, with significant experience in a mid-sized or large agency environment.
  • Proven experience leading integrated marketing functions or practice areas within an agency, including building capabilities, scaling teams, developing offerings, and establishing operating models.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise, B2B, technology, or high-growth brands and developing integrated strategies that address complex business challenges.
  • Strong track record of growing client relationships, expanding accounts, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives and marketing leaders.
  • Deep expertise across integrated marketing disciplines, including brand strategy, creative, paid media, social, influencer, content, analytics, and communications.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex, multi-channel campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to build scalable processes, improve operational efficiency, manage budgets, and drive profitable growth.
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication skills, and ability to influence clients, teams, and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience developing award-winning campaigns, thought leadership, and agency marketing materials that showcase integrated impact.

The salary range for this position is $175,000 to $249,000, with the final offer based on a combination of factors, including education, relevant experience, skills, prior training, internal equity, and local geographic market data.
