Job description

Description:

Conduct thorough inspections of commercial properties to identify pest issues and potential risks.

Develop and implement customized pest control plans that address the specific needs of each client.

Apply appropriate treatment methods and products safely and effectively according to state regulations and company guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate findings and recommendations to clients.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in pest control industry (Preferred, but not required)

1-2 years of customer service and or field sales experience

Experience with commercial/apartment accounts (Preferred)

Physical ability to work outdoors, lift up to 50 pounds and operate a ladder (Required)

Valid Class C driver’s license and clean driving record (Required)

Coachable with a willingness to learn.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to operate software and app technology via cell phone and/or tablet.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
