As apart of the Firm Management (FM) team, we offer tailored liquidity solutions on behalf of asset managers, including Professional Loan Programs, Subscription Facilities, Management Company Solutions, and standby letters of credit services, collectively \"Institutional Product Suite\". This role will work closely with key stakeholders across the Firm - such as Private Bankers, Lending Specialists, Credit Risk, Underwriters, Loan Servicing, Legal and department managers - as part of a highly collaborative team.


Primary Function:

  • Support the Lender with new Institutional Product Suite origination

    • This role will focus primarily on the issuance and maintenance of standby letters of credit

    • Structure and implement customized loan programs for asset managers.

    • Communicate directly with clients, private bankers and lenders, underwriters, legal counsel, credit risk and loan closing teams throughout the program development process.

    • Develop and prepare program term sheets and due diligence needs lists, as well as review and understand entity documentation, loan documents, financial statements and credit approval memos.

    • Assist the underwriters by obtaining all necessary documentation from the client, and help respond to any underwriting or credit risk questions.

    • Partner with lender and legal counsel on document negotiations and oversee the approval and rollout of new programs.



  • Portfolio Management

    • Effectively oversee and support the management of a portfolio of existing Institutional Product Suite.

    • Communicate directly with clients and serve as primary point of contact for standby letters of credit.

    • Manage existing relationships, including program modifications and credit reviews,

    • On an annual basis, conduct a program review for each firm and suggest enhancements to improve efficiencies.

    • Liaise with the Lender and assist with transactional questions and/or process improvements.



  • General

    • Analyze and report common client requests and regularly update senior management.

    • Suggest enhancements to processes and procedures in order to improve efficiency.




Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Wealth Management or Banking preferred

  • A Bachelor’s Degree

  • Demonstrated ability for sales and client relationship management

  • Strong communication, decision-making and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills and attention to detail

  • Aptitude to take initiative and be proactive to help provide leverage for the team; confidence executing projects with limited supervision

  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF
