Oversee human resources operations, HRIS management, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, rewards & recognition programs, and employee engagement. Ensure that the credit union’s workforce strategy, employee experience, and HR functions align seamlessly with business objectives. The VP Human Resources (VP People Experience) in collaboration with Organizational Development, Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness, and Culture, ensure a comprehensive and people-centered approach to workforce management, and balance operational effectiveness with a strong workplace culture.
