I’m working with a client who is looking to add a Workday HRIS Analyst to their team on a full-time, fully onsite basis.


This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of hands-on Workday experience who wants to join a small, collaborative HRIS team, gain exposure across multiple areas of Workday, and have genuine opportunities for growth and progression.


What you’ll be working on:

• Supporting Workday across Core HCM, Recruiting and Learning (LMS)

• Assisting with Workday configuration and system enhancements

• Building and maintaining Workday reports, dashboards and analytics

• Supporting EIBs, integrations and data-related activities

• Troubleshooting Workday issues and helping resolve system queries

• Supporting Workday releases, testing and new functionality

• Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and system functionality

• Working closely with HR, Payroll, IT and other business stakeholders

• Supporting data integrity, audits and HRIS governance


What we're looking for:

• HRIS experience with hands-on Workday experience

• Experience across Core HCM, with exposure to Recruiting and/or Learning (LMS)

• Some experience with Workday configuration and reporting

• Exposure to integrations, EIBs or other Workday data tools is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good attention to detail and a willingness to get hands-on

• Someone who enjoys working as part of a small team and wants to continue developing their Workday career
