Responsibilities:
The role partners closely with the Vice President of Strategy, Finance, and Operations to inform strategic decisions, growth initiatives, and partnership discussions as the organization continues to transform and scale.
  • Partner with the Vice President, Strategy to develop market and strategic assessments, including demand analysis, competitive landscape, access gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to build, analyze, and articulate business cases and financial impact assessments for senior leadership.
  • Lead and facilitate cross functional strategy initiatives, including defining scope, owning workplans, and driving initiatives to measurable outcomes.
  • Analyze large data sets and summarize various quantitative inputs to support strategic decisions, partnerships, and transformation initiatives.
  • Synthesize internal and external data into clear, actionable insights for leaders across the medical group, delivery system, and health plan.
  • Translate complex analyses into well structured, mistake free deliverables (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) using consulting style storytelling and visuals.

Core Skills and Experience
  • Experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, preferably within a healthcare system or payer/provider environment.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capability, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize disparate data, develop a point of view, and articulate the "so what" for executive audiences.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Ability to work effectively with imperfect or incomplete data, including claims and operational datasets, and triangulate insights across sources.

Healthcare Knowledge
  • Solid understanding of healthcare economics and finance, including reimbursement across sites of care (hospital, ambulatory surgery center, professional services, etc.).
  • Comfort supporting strategic growth and partnership discussions, including joint ventures and related financial considerations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • MBA, MHA, or related graduate degree preferred.
