Are you a RN with a strong Quality background with hands on experience with NCQA accreditation expereince? Do you have this expereince in a Managed Care setting? If you have answered YES to these two important questions, read on you just might be a match for this job!
THIS IS A NEWLY CREATED POSITION AT THIS COMPANY.
Here is more of what our qualified candidate looks like:
  • 7+ years of healthcare operations experience, including quality improvement experience. Managed care experience is highly desired.
  • Certified Professional in Health Care Quality preferred
  • Has been Responsible for National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) IMPORTANT Requirement: Hands on experience with NCQA accreditation experience. Experience going through NCQA accreditation and GONE through and RAN whole process when surveyors onsite. Looking for Director level candidates or above. Managers okay if with a large healthcare organization.
  • Accreditation and/or Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) performance.
  • Hands on expereince ensuring health plan is compliant and becomes/remains accredited with NCQA
  • Has formulated and established policies, operating procedures, and goals in compliance with internal and external guidelines.

This position reports to the VP of Quality Improvement. You will have direct reports.
Six figure salary, plus 20% performance bonus, plus full comprehensive benefits package. Please specify salary requirements.
