The Group Vice President, Field Sales is a second-line leadership role responsible for driving Saviyntโ€™s sales strategy, execution, and performance across the Americas region. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales, this executive oversees a team of regional sales leaders and is accountable for achieving ambitious growth targets, developing scalable go-to-market
strategies, and building high-performing teams. As a key member of the leadership team, theย GVP plays a critical role in shaping the companyโ€™s regional strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and aligning execution across global sales initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
โ— Develop and execute regional sales strategies to deliver on defined revenue and market growth goals.
โ— Lead, coach, and empower a team of Regional VPโ€™s, Strategic and Enterprise Account Executives to foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
โ— Engage directly with strategic customers and executive stakeholders to win major deals and long-term partnerships.
โ— Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Partners, Customer Success, RevOps and Finance to ensure strategic alignment and optimize the customer experience.
โ— Leverage analytics and insights to forecast accurately, assess performance, and adjust tactics based on market trends.
โ— Drive operational excellence across pipeline management, resource planning, and territory optimization.
โ— Represent Saviynt at key industry events, executive forums, and partner engagements to elevate brand presence and influence.
โ— Develop future leadership talent through strong mentorship and succession planning initiatives.
WHAT YOU BRING:
โ— Bachelorโ€™s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
โ— 10+ years of progressive enterprise software sales leadership experience, with recent oversight of large, multi-region teams.
โ— Proven success building and leading teams to exceed revenue goals in high growthย SaaS environments.

At Saviynt, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and final compensation decisions are dependent on many factors including but are not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other relevant business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $250,000 - $260,000 annually.
You may also be eligible to participate inย  Saviynt's Sales Commission plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
