Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Engineering with a background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in an engineering firm and demonstrate a proven ability to lead, grow, and develop a high-performing team. This position is crucial for driving the strategic direction, innovation, and operational excellence of our engineering department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee the engineering department, ensuring the growth and development of team members.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team.
    • Set clear goals and objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
  • Project Oversight
    • Lead and manage large-scale engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
    • Provide technical oversight and support for MEP systems design and implementation.
    • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
