Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the brand by driving operational excellence, supporting franchise partners, leading high-performing teams, and executing long-term strategic initiatives.

As Vice President of Operations, you will provide strategic leadership across operations, marketing, brand development, and franchise support.   • Serve as a trusted advisor to the President and Chief Operating Officer by providing business analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations.

  • Lead and mentor operations and marketing teams, fostering accountability, engagement, and professional development.
  • Build strong relationships across departments to ensure alignment between operations, marketing, purchasing, and executive leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that support innovation, menu development, customer experience, and brand growth.
Operations & Brand Performance
  • Drive sales, profitability, and sustainable brand growth across the franchise network.
  • Partner with franchisees to improve operational performance through coaching, consultation, and best practices.
  • Oversee annual business objectives and ensure marketing initiatives align with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead forecasting, product planning, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance to ensure organizational objectives are achieved.
