The Vice President of Finance and Administration will oversee the Finance, Accounting and Administrative Departments. Financial reporting throughout all areas; ensure that all areas are applying the same accounting principles in a consistent format (corporate policy) in order to accurately and timely prepare the required financial packages (i.e., cash flows, budgets, financial statements), provide finance/accounting functional leadership to staff through selection/development, creating a standard setting, and identification/implementation of best practices.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Accounting from a four-year college or university; budgeting experience; supervisory experience; eight plus years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in residential homebuilding.
