The Lehigh Valley IronPigs, the Triple-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies, are widely recognized as one of the most innovative and fan-focused organizations in Minor League Baseball. Based at Coca-Cola Park in Allentown, Pennsylvania, the IronPigs have built a national reputation for creativity, community engagement, and delivering an exceptional ballpark experience.
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and collaborative Senior Vice President to help lead the organization into its next phase of growth and innovation.
Position Overview
The Senior Vice President will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, helping to guide the strategic vision, operational excellence, and cultural leadership of the IronPigs organization. This individual will work across departments to drive revenue growth, strengthen partnerships, enhance the fan experience, and continue the organization's tradition of excellence in sports and entertainment.
This role requires a forward-thinking leader with a passion for sports, entertainment, and community engagement, as well as a proven ability to lead teams, build relationships, and execute high-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Help guide the overall vision, culture, and operational direction of the organization.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship across multiple departments within the front office.

Revenue Generation
  • Support and enhance revenue streams including sponsorship, ticket sales, premium hospitality, events, partnerships as well as food & beverage and catering.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and innovative fan engagement concepts.

Operational Excellence
  • Collaborate with department leaders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and best-in-class event execution.
  • Assist with planning and execution of major events hosted at Coca-Cola Park.

Community & Brand Leadership
  • Represent the organization in the community with partners, sponsors, civic leaders, and fans.
  • Strengthen the IronPigs brand through meaningful engagement and creative initiatives.

Organizational Development
  • Foster a collaborative, positive workplace culture aligned with the IronPigs' values.
  • Help recruit, develop, and retain top industry talent.
