OBJECTIVES
  • Implement and execute the engineering strategy to transition from our current portfolio of individual product-led software products to a cohesive, broader platform architecture over the next 12 months.
  • Drive high-performance engineering operations by embedding rigorous SDLC standards, CI/CD maturity, and developer-centric productivity metrics to support the platform transition.
  • Create clear ownership and execution rhythms across engineering, ensuring roadmap governance and cross-functional accountability for platform development.
  • Ensure product and platform investments are aligned to business priorities, measurable outcomes, and scalable customer-facing delivery.

  • Create operating discipline across Technology through clear ownership, metrics, roadmap governance, execution rhythms, and cross-functional accountability.
COMPETENCIES
  • Deep experience in engineering execution, with a proven track record of transitioning from fragmented, individual product-led software to a unified, scalable platform architecture.
  • Strong leadership across multi-disciplinary teams, including engineering, product, data, analytics, IT, business operations, and external partners.
  • Ability to translate business goals into scalable technical architecture, clear engineering roadmaps, and high-performance team structures.
  • Strong judgment around build-vs-buy decisions, vendor strategy, security posture, platform scalability, and operational risk.
  • Experience creating technology operating models with clear ownership, delivery discipline, metrics, and accountability.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with executive, technical, operational, and client-facing stakeholders.
  • High ownership, high standards, and strong ability to develop leaders who can operate independently.
