Job description

Lexington Center, the largest provider of outpatient and residential substance use disorder services in the Hudson Valley, is seeking full-time experienced LPN or RN for our Staff Nurse position in New Rochelle, NY.


LPN/RN Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • Supervising children of clientele ages 1 through 4 years old
  • Supervising 2 aids in the nursery
  • Creating patient care plans
  • Prior experience with trauma-enforced care
  • Prior experience with medical and referral preferred
  • LPN/RN should have experience administering Vivitrol injections
  • Adherence to Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
  • LPN/RN must have experience conducting various medical groups and group counseling ( i.e. Nutrition, Communicable Diseases, Substance Abuse impacting the body)
  • In charge of ordering food/supplies for food bank

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM

Lexington offers an excellent benefit package which at present includes an Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield health insurance where the deductible and copays are paid by Lexington.   We also offer dental, optical and life insurance  

Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
