Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative supports customer satisfaction by managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely and accurate communication. This role acts as a liaison between customers and internal teams, resolving issues and coordinating activities to meet service expectations. The position plays a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting efficient order fulfillment processes.
