FreeWheel is hiring a Senior Director of Product Management to lead our Measurement and Outcomes Product Portfolio for premium video.

Advertisers are moving performance budgets toward channels where outcomes are easy to measure and act on. You will leadFreeWheel'smeasurement product area and build the measurementand outcomefoundation for premium video.This team enables advertisers and approved partners to onboard conversion signals,connect those signals to campaign exposure,generate trusted campaign-level performance outputs,and make those outputs usableinside the buyand sell-side solutions.You will define and deliver an outcomes engine thatdrivesmeasurable performance improvements, increasesadvertiser confidence, anddeliverssustained revenue growth.

Professional Experience & Qualifications:

PLUS:

  • 8+ years in product management for advertising or marketing technology platforms, with experienceoperatingat scale.

  • 5+ years managing staff and fostering careers.

  • Deep experience leading measurement, attribution, or conversion product areas in CTV, DSP/SSP, retail media, or adjacent performance media.

  • Experience withpixels, CAPIs, server-to-server event ingestion, and first-party/offline conversion onboarding.

  • Experience with privacy-safe data collaboration, consent, governance, and partner onboarding.

  • Sound business and technical judgment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence others.

  • Intimate familiarity with the programmatic ad tech ecosystemand monetization strategies.

  • Solid understanding ofdecision sciencesandoptimization models,withatrack recordof collaboratingwithengineers and data scientists on technical design discussions and proposing simple, creative solutions to sophisticated problems.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Own theendtoendproductstrategy, roadmap, and delivery for the measurement and outcomes portfolio across multiple interconnected product suites in premium video.

  • Translateadvertiser,agency,publisher, andpartner needsintoclear roadmap priorities andexecutionplans.

  • Lead and develop a team ofproduct managers across a multi-platform, cross-functional product area.Establish standards for product discovery, business case development, andexecutionartifactsto ensurequality andconsistency.

  • Represent the measurement and outcomes portfolio with executive stakeholders, strategic customers, and external partners; influencecrosscompanypriorities and align senior leadership on roadmap and investment decisions.Serves as a subject-matter expert for assigned products.

  • Leads all phases of the product lifecycle, frominceptionthrough product deployment and provides direction of introduction into the marketplace.

  • Accountable for product-area business performance, including investment prioritization, ROI evaluation, KPI definition, and ongoing performance management tied to growth, adoption, and cost efficiency.

  • Facilitate collaboration across disciplines (e.g.,product,engineering,revenue,clientservices) andandhelp teams resolve issues efficiently.

  • Build, lead, andretainahighperformingproduct organization by setting clear expectations, developing talent, making thoughtful compensation and promotion decisions, and modeling strong judgment in matters of strategic and organizational importance.

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: $206,445.02 - $309,667.52This job can be performed in California with a good faith estimated pay range upon hire of $154,833.76 USD - $286,729.19.Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within the posted range for this role at the time of posting dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
