PMX is at the forefront of the converging marketplace building data-informed, tech-enabled media to help marketers connect with consumers in a measurable way.

Job Description

Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) launched a new Advanced TV (ATV) practice, coined PMX Lift, in June 2021. This practice combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Publicis-owned Epsilon and strategic media partners to offer cross-channel video planning, execution, and measurement. The offerings within PMX Lift include products around Addressable TV and Over-The-Top (OTT) video.

PMX built out a new team across disciplines that is dedicated to supporting the sales/growth/demand of the PMX Lift product. To accommodate the increased demand and successfully launch campaigns, we are growing our team and adding depth to the specialty areas represented within it.

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Associate Director of Client Enablement to join the growing team and help drive PMX Lift adoption, particularly within our local advanced video solution. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

On top of invaluable experience in the fast-growing, evolving ATV landscape, this role offers high visibility with PM agency leadership and executives, the chance to work across a variety of client brands/verticals and the opportunity to collaborate with different teams of experts.

  • Able to deliver agency team overviews and onboardings, with a view to growing Lift adoption among the PM client base
  • Interpretation of client briefs - helping ensure flawless planning of campaigns rooted in key client understanding
  • Act as a subject matter expert on full suite of PMX Lift video capabilities, prepared to explain audience, planning and buying nuances to internal and external teams
  • Develop and maintain relationships between internal and external parties across various practice areas, including investment, strategy, data, activation and client teams
  • Build net new workflow processes for planning and execution, as well as identify areas for opportunity to expand current processes and drive automation improvement to decrease team level of effort
  • Ability to provide quant feedback into Epsilon product teams, that helps inform data integrations and product development
  • Partner with activation team members to ensure Lift campaign strategies remain consistent and unified from plan fruition through execution
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience within an agency or media company, including client facing responsibilities
  • Experience with Advanced TV, including Addressable TV and/or CTV/OTT, with knowledge of the landscape and confidence explaining the role of advanced video
    • Experience preferred with Advanced TV platforms (examples including Ampersand, Dish, Warner/Xandr, Amobee, OpenAP, NBCU AdSmart, Viacom Vantage, Discovery Engage, Vizio, Samsung, Roku, etc.)
  • Experience with national and local-based channels, particularly in video
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills allowing individual to explain how advanced video fits into a local video strategy
  • Experience with process building/workflow documentation
  • Excellent relationship building and decision-making skills with ability to think creatively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Other preferred traits include a hand-raising attitude, high attention to detail, ability to keep meticulously organized, and taking initiative on projects

Compensation Range: $95,950.00 - $150,995.00. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
