Job description

We're looking for an organized and driven Production Coordinator to help keep our animation and VFX projects running smoothly. You'll work alongside Production Managers, Supervisors, and department leads to manage schedules, resources, and team communications across all stages of production.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule projects and allocate resources to ensure deadlines are met
  • Track team quotas, daily reports, and project progress against targets
  • Manage leave requests, administrative compliance, and time tracking for the team
  • Coordinate with department leads to identify and resolve production bottlenecks
  • Communicate project status updates to senior management and stakeholders
  • Support team morale and help resolve interpersonal concerns constructively
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or production management
  • Background in animation, VFX, or a creative production environment preferred
  • Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Nice to Have
  • Experience with project tracking software (ShotGrid, Ftrack, or similar)
  • Ability to prepare bids, quotes, and production estimates
