We are a full-service veterinary practice proudly staffed by a team of three experienced doctors. The hospital offers a full range of services supported by in-house diagnostics, allowing for efficient, thorough treatment, while its dedicated team prioritizes client education and personalized care to help pets live long, healthy lives Caring for pets since 08!

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in veterinary medicine and a strong passion for client communication and patient care.

Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, processing payments, maintaining accurate medical records, and supporting daily front desk operations in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask while providing exceptional customer service to clients and support to the veterinary team.

This position requires availability full time, including rotating weekends. Prior experience with veterinary software systems and handling high-volume client interactions is preferred.
