We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face of our veterinary hospital. In this role, you'll create exceptional client experiences, coordinate appointments, and help ensure our patients receive compassionate, efficient care.

What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
  • Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up visits while helping maintain an efficient hospital schedule.
  • Answer phones, respond to client inquiries, and direct medical questions to the appropriate veterinary team members.
  • Gather patient history, requested services, and other important information using our practice management software.
  • Guide clients through the check-in and check-out process, providing invoices, discharge instructions, and educational resources.
  • Educate pet owners about preventive care, hospital services, products, and wellness recommendations.
  • Dispense prescription items as directed by veterinarians and assist with retail product sales.
  • Process client payments and maintain accurate daily cash drawer reconciliation.
  • Address client concerns with professionalism and empathy, working to resolve issues promptly.
  • Support a collaborative team environment focused on providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care.
  • Follow hospital policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
