At Veterans Guardian, we help veterans pursue the disability benefits they've earned through their service.
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in that mission by serving as the primary point of contact for veterans throughout their journey. You'll build relationships, coordinate communication, manage documentation, and ensure every veteran continues moving through the process with confidence.
This is more than a customer service position. It's a relationship-driven role where your organization, communication, and attention to detail directly impact the experience of the veterans we serve.
What You'll Do
As part of our Client Care team, you'll own an important stage of each veteran's journey by:
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for current veterans throughout their claims process.
  • Managing inbound phone calls and responding to veteran questions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Providing monthly check-ins and proactive updates to ensure veterans always know what comes next.
  • Maintaining detailed client records and communication notes in Salesforce.
  • Processing and organizing documentation to keep files accurate and complete.
  • Coordinating communication with multiple departments to keep veterans moving through the process.
  • Monitoring your assigned workload and following up to ensure no veteran falls behind.
  • Delivering an exceptional client experience through every interaction.

  • Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus.
  • Military experience or familiarity with veterans is appreciated but not required.
