We are seeking an Account Manager (in other companies this person could hold the title of Inside Sales Administrator, Sales Support Specialist, Sales Coordinator) focused on expanding service utilization within existing accounts and driving upsell growth.
This is an onsite position in Coon Rapids, MN.
In this role, you willpartner closely the sales team, and existing clients to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales and account management lifecycle. Using HubSpot, quoting tools (Connectwise), and other business applications, you will manage assigned house accounts, prepare and coordinate quotes, track opportunities, and maintain accurate customer records. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for clients by responding to inquiries, identifying opportunities to expand service offerings, and helping strengthen long-term customer relationships.
To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable working in CRM platforms and sales enablement tools while supporting multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should enjoy learning new technologies, including AI-enabled business tools, and be able to quickly apply them to improve productivity and customer engagement. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication are essential, as you'll coordinate with internal teams and interact directly with clients on a regular basis. A consultative mindset, a willingness to learn managed IT and cybersecurity services, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will position you for success and future growth within the organization.
General job duties include:
  • Build relationships with existing clients through regular check-ins.

  • Support the sales team by preparing quotes and handling sales administration.

  • Manage designated house accounts and coordinate client requests.

  • Use HubSpot and other CRM tools to document activities and opportunities.

  • Continuously learn new technologies and AI tools that improve business processes

Required Experience
  • 2+ years of inside sales or account management experience, preferably in IT, MSP, SaaS or other IT-related managed services

  • Experience preparing or supporting customer quotes

  • Familiarity with technology products, services, or business solutions, such as cybersecurity, cloud services, remote monitoring, networking or other MSP offerings

  • Experience using AI-powered business tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in the MSP or technology industry.

  • CRM experience (HubSpot, ConnectWise, Salesforce), particularly for quoting workflows.

  • Experience or interest in applying AI tools in business and staying current with technology.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to work primarily on-site in an office setting. Standard use of office equipment and computers.
Compensation:
The compensation is expected to start at $60,000, plus team spiffs as offered. Our offer will be determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amount listed above.
