Customer Retention & Sales Specialist

Wireless Contact Center | Fishers, IN

Drive Relationships. Create Opportunities. Get Paid for Both.

This role isn’t about hard selling on every call—it’s about knowing when to sell and when to connect. As a customer retention & sales specialist, you’ll engage Verizon Wireless customers to uncover opportunities, strengthen relationships, and guide customers back to our retail stores when that’s the best next step.
When the sales opportunity presents itself, you’ll confidently close it. When it doesn’t, you’ll still win by driving in‑store visits—and get paid for it.


What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to existing Verizon Wireless customers
  • Identify sales opportunities or schedule store visits when appropriate
  • Analyze customer accounts to save money or add value
  • Sell wireless products and services when the opportunity presents itself
  • Maintain callbacks, follow-ups, and accurate CRM documentation
  • Track daily productivity and participate in team huddles and training
  • Stay current on promotions, devices, and pricing

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of success in commission-based sales (preferred)
  • Call center or wireless experience a plus
  • Confident, engaging phone presence
  • Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable multitasking
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred
