Store Manager Job Summary
As the Store Manager at Hot Spot Cell, youll run the day-to-day operations at our retail wireless store. This is a hands-on manager position where you will be managing store operations, coaching your team, and driving sales performance.

What Youll Do
  • Hire, train, coach, and retain top retail talent
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Drive individual and team sales performance to meet or exceed monthly goals
  • Provide ongoing feedback, performance coaching, and recognition
  • Coach team members on consultative selling and product knowledge
