We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Regulatory Compliance & Risk Nurse (RN) - SNF/LTC to join our team in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities and Duties

The Regulatory Compliance & Risk Nurse (RN) - SNF/LTC plays a key role in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks within our healthcare facility. This professional will collaborate with clinical teams and leadership to develop and implement strategies that enhance patient safety, reduce liability exposure, and improve overall quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and analyze adverse events, near misses, and incident reports
  • Lead root cause analyses and develop corrective action plans
  • Educate staff on risk management policies and best practices
  • Monitor compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
  • Maintain thorough documentation of investigations and interventions
  • Serve as a liaison with legal counsel, insurance carriers, and regulatory agencies
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety committees
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of clinical nursing experience
  • Experience in risk management or quality assurance (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
