Job description

French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking a Project Manager for our Construction Engineering department for our office in Newark, NJ. 


Responsibilities:

  • Process all projects related Pay Estimates, Submittals, Shop Drawings, RFI’s, and Change Orders.
  • Manage multiple transportation related construction projects at once.
  • Review, track, and markup Construction Schedules.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. 
  • Chair meetings.
  • Interface with clients and contractors. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and/or Construction/Engineering related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) License
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of construction related experience and two(2) years of Project Management experience.
  • Experience performing construction inspection on Civil Engineering projects.  
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office preferred but not required.
  • Candidate should be motivated, organized, and willing to work in the office and field.

Compensation

The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education and skill set.
