Job description

Role Summary:
The Managing Director, Verity Solutions, is a senior leader responsible for driving the overall operational strategy, execution, and performance of the Verity Solutions business. This role provides end-to-end leadership across Verity's portfolio - including Fusebox, Dromos, and the expanding inclusion of PipelineRx- to deliver scalable, technology-enabled solutions that serve health systems and pharmacy partners.
In close partnership with the President and senior leadership team, this leader will co-develop and shape the multi-year strategy for Verity Solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and long-term growth objectives.
This leader will define and execute a multi-disciplinary operations strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities while optimizing performance, efficiency, and client outcomes. Translates strategic objectives into actionable, medium- to long-term plans and builds the operating model, processes, and capabilities required to support growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Strategy & Execution
  • Define and execute the multi-year operational strategy for Verity Solutions, aligned to enterprise goals and the broader Health System Services strategy.
  • Translate executive priorities into scalable operating plans, ensuring strong alignment across product, operations, regulatory, and client-facing teams.
  • Establish clear performance metrics, governance, and operating rhythms to drive accountability and results.

Business & Operational Leadership
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of Verity Solutions, ensuring effective delivery across all offerings, including 340B services, technology-enabled solutions, and emerging product lines.
  • Oversee and optimize operational performance, including quality, efficiency, and service delivery outcomes across the organization.
  • Ensure the organization is structured and resourced to meet current demands while enabling future growth and expansion.

Process Optimization & Operational Excellence
  • Develop and implement new operational procedures, systems, and workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
  • Continuously assess and improve existing processes, leveraging data, analytics, and best practices to drive operational excellence.
  • Partner with Business Analytics and cross-functional teams to strengthen insights, reporting, and decision-making capabilities.

Portfolio Integration & Capability Alignment
  • Drive integration and alignment across Verity Solutions' portfolio, including Fusebox, Dromos, and PipelineRx, to enable a cohesive and differentiated market offering.
  • Ensure consistency in operating standards, processes, and client experience across all product lines and services.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to leverage synergies across capabilities, enhancing value delivery to clients and partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Growth, Client Success, Pharmacy Services, and Strategic Planning teams to ensure alignment between operational execution, client needs, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, influencing broader strategy and decision-making.

Leadership & Talent Development
  • Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team across operations, product, and regulatory functions.
  • Build organizational capabilities that support innovation, scalability, and sustained performance.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and client-centricity.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 12+ years of experience in operations, healthcare services, or technology-enabled healthcare solutions.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale operations and driving transformation in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong experience in operational strategy, process improvement, and organizational design.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale operations while maintaining quality and client outcomes.
  • Experience working with health systems, specialty pharmacy, or 340B environments preferred.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 203,600 - 339,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
