Job description

Description:

CU*Answers is seeking a Procurement and Fulfillment Specialist to support our Network Services team by managing the procurement, inventory, and fulfillment of technology products for both internal teams and credit union clients. If you're highly organized, enjoy coordinating multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career in technology operations and supply chain coordination.


This is an in-office position only. Monday thru Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.


What You'll Do

  • Purchase hardware, software, and technology services from a variety of vendors.
  • Process client and internal technology orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage inventory from receiving through shipment, including packaging and shipping using UPS WorldShip.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with monthly physical inventory reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with Accounting by providing invoices, packing slips, and purchasing documentation.
  • Provide order updates, pricing information, and delivery status to clients and internal departments.
  • Update ticketing systems to ensure orders are documented and tracked.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse and inventory area.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely fulfillment and exceptional customer service.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory management, supply chain, billing, or accounting preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
  • Professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
