Job description

At Veritext, we focus on the details - so legal teams can focus on the case.
Role Overview:
Our clients count on us to make the legal process seamless and efficient from scheduling court reporters and legal videographers to ensuring transcripts are delivered on time and flawlessly accurate. As a Litigation Support Representative (Corporate Services), you'll play a critical role in the litigation process by ensuring that the materials attorneys and legal teams rely on - transcripts, exhibits, and records - are meticulously prepared, easy to access, and ready when our clients need them. By working closely with court reporters and internal teams to meet critical deadlines, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' litigation needs and keeping their cases moving forward efficiently.
What you'll get to do:
  • Review and finalize court reporter transcripts to ensure every document is accurate, complete, and professionally formatted meeting both internal standards and client expectations
  • Track transcript and exhibit submissions, proactively flagging delays or issues that could impact discovery deadlines or court schedules
  • Organize, label, and upload transcripts and exhibits to secure client portals, ensuring materials are easy to access, properly linked, and delivered on time
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for court reporters setting expectations, providing guidance, resolving discrepancies, and building strong working relationships that support timely, high-quality results
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance processes, helping us deliver faster, more efficient, and more reliable litigation support

The kind of teammate we're looking for:
  • 2-4 years of professional experience, familiarity with court reporting or legal services is a huge plus
  • Detail driven and quality obsessed - you take pride in accuracy and notice the small things that make a big difference for clients and legal teams
  • Organized, process-oriented and client focused - you understand the impact your work has on attorneys and their cases and stay motivated to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience by maintaining organized information and smooth workflows
  • Confident juggling timelines, priorities, and multiple clients at once with grace
  • Adaptable, open to ongoing change and collaboration
  • Comfort with technology and navigating digital platforms, including proprietary software, document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Trustworthy and dedicated to managing sensitive legal materials with care while ensuring confidentiality and data security

What's in it for you:
  • Competitive compensation and total rewards package including comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance as well as company-paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance
  • Healthy work-life balance: hybrid work structure, paid time off, Paid Parental Leave, tuition reimbursement and more
  • Employee equity and referral programs: when we succeed, you succeed!
  • Extensive mental health and wellness benefits - to help you feel your best and thrive personally and professionally
  • Matched 401(k) to help you save for your future
  • Veritext Cares: our commitment to making a difference beyond the workplace, supporting local causes and paying it forward to the communities we live and work in
  • Earned wage access: get a portion of the wages you earned prior to payday
  • Learning and development opportunities including ongoing training, mentorship, and access to resources that support your personal and professional growth
