Regional Director, Healthcare Technology Operations
Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Standard Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Travel Requirement: Approximately 25–50%
The Regional Director, Healthcare Technology Operations is responsible for leading technology operations and supporting digital capabilities across a healthcare market. This leadership position partners with hospital executives, clinical stakeholders, corporate technology teams, and external service providers to ensure technology remains dependable, secure, compliant, and aligned with patient-care and business priorities.
The successful candidate will bring demonstrated experience managing healthcare technology environments, hospital IT operations, electronic health records, infrastructure, cybersecurity, technology projects, vendors, budgets, and IT teams.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of formal education.
  • 5+ years of IT leadership or management experience.
  • 3+ years working in healthcare IT, preferably within a hospital environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing technology services in a complex or multi-location organization.
  • Practical knowledge of EHR and clinical information systems.
  • Experience with cybersecurity, privacy, and healthcare technology compliance.
  • Experience leading technology implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with IT budgets, contracts, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Previous experience supervising, mentoring, or developing IT professionals.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Preferred Background
Candidates will be especially strong if they have:
