About the Role
Love matching clients with the perfect venue? In this role, you'll lead venue sourcing from brief to booking, helping corporate clients find great options while delivering a high-touch, professional experience. You'll negotiate smart deals, uncover savings, and keep every detail on track. If you're organized, client-focused, and energized by a fast-moving environment, you'll fit right in.
You're Good At
  • Turning client briefs into smart sourcing strategies and well-matched venue options
  • Managing venue RFPs through Cvent and keeping communication clear, timely, and professional
  • Negotiating rates, terms, and added value while keeping client savings and business goals in mind
  • Staying detail-oriented with systems, contracts, and data integrity in tools like Empower
  • Building strong relationships with clients, venues, and internal teams while juggling deadlines

You Might Also Have
  • 2-3 years of industry experience in venue sourcing, hotel contracting, or meetings and events
  • International sourcing and contracting experience
  • Hands-on experience with the Cvent e-RFP Tool and Supplier Network
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • A positive, team-first mindset with professionalism and personal integrity

You Should Know
  • This role is virtual and operates within the Central or Eastern time zone
  • This role requires previous corporate meetings & events sourcing experience

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25%
We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Venue Sourcing Consultant is between $60,000 - $75,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
