SAP Master Data Analyst – Customer and Vendor

Following the successful SAP S/4HANA pilot and go-live in Poland, our client, a global FMCG company, is preparing regional rollouts covering several countries.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Analyst – Customer and Vendor to support the analysis, cleansing, transformation, migration and validation of customer and vendor master data.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyse legacy customer and vendor data and assess its quality and migration readiness.
  • Map source data to the target SAP S/4HANA Business Partner data model.
  • Identify duplicates, missing values, inconsistent records and obsolete data.
  • Coordinate data cleansing and enrichment activities with business data owners.
  • Support customer and vendor harmonisation into the SAP Business Partner model.
  • Prepare mapping documents, transformation rules and validation criteria.
  • Support data extraction, transformation, loading and reconciliation.
  • Participate in mock migrations, validation cycles and defect resolution.
  • Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Integration and Data Governance teams.
  • Produce data-quality reports and track remediation progress.
Required experience
  • Experience with customer, vendor or Business Partner master data.
  • Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA Business Partner concepts.
  • Experience with data migration, mapping, cleansing and reconciliation.
  • Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of migration or ETL tools is preferred.
  • Ability to cooperate directly with business data owners.
  • Very good English, minimum B2 level; C1 preferred.
