What You'll DoStrategic Vendor Leadership & Financial Performance
  • Own the financial performance of assigned vendors, including revenue growth, gross margin percentage, and gross profit dollars.
  • Forecast, manage, and oversee incremental vendor funding proposals and rebate programs to support business objectives.
  • Use financial, sales, and market data to deliver clear recommendations that improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Executive Vendor Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation owner for assigned vendors, managing relationships at the executive level.
  • Develop, monitor, and refine vendor business plans that align vendor strategy with TD SYNNEX priorities-both tactically and longterm.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs), performance discussions, and strategic planning conversations with vendor leadership.
Growth, Innovation & GotoMarket Strategy
  • Identify and drive new opportunities, with a focus on developing new or enhanced services that combine vendor capabilities with TD SYNNEX solutions to create differentiated value propositions.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to communicate vendor strategies, support demand generation, and execute promotions.

  • Act as the primary operational escalation point for vendor lines, proactively resolving issues related to inventory, pricing, programs, or execution.

  • Work closely with Sales leadership and field teams to identify new opportunities and remove barriers to success.
Leadership, Enablement & Mentorship
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned vendor technologies and programs.
  • Mentor, train, and support lowerlevel team members or newly onboarded hires, helping to elevate overall team capability and performance.
What We're Looking ForExperience & Education
  • 5+ years of experience in vendor management, business management, sales strategy, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
