Job description

As a Vendor Manager you will oversee and optimize our relationships with third-party vendors. This role is responsible for ensuring vendor performance, compliance with company policies, negotiating vendor pricing and alignment with business objectives. If you are analytical and love to negotiate, and have strong communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple vendors across various categories this is the perfect position.

What You’ll Do:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendor-related activities and communications.

· Develop and maintain vendor agreements, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

· Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, including delivery timelines, quality, cost, and compliance with contractual obligations.

· Identify opportunities to improve vendor efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risk.

· Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into vendor requirements.

· Conduct periodic vendor reviews, audits, and risk assessments.

· Resolve vendor-related issues and escalate as necessary to senior management.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor contracts, performance metrics, and correspondence.

· Stay current on market trends, industry standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to vendor management.

· Support procurement and sourcing initiatives as needed.

What You Need:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain management.

· Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, vendor performance metrics, and risk management.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency with vendor management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
