Job Overview:
Pay Range: $36.23hr - $41.23hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field or a combination of experience, education, and training.
- Broad knowledge of project, program, or contract management; company policies, procedures, and practices; accounting and budgeting policies and practices.
- Typically possesses 0-3 years experience in program or contract management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT outsourcing policies, standards, and procedures aligned with IT strategy.
- Administer contracts for outsourced services in partnership with Procurement and Legal.
- Analyze and report on vendor performance.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure vendors meet business and contractual requirements.
- Oversee service delivery governance and contract compliance.
- Facilitate resolution of operational and application service issues with vendors.
- Identify risks associated with outsourced services and establish appropriate controls.
- Report operational health and service performance to business and IT leadership.
- Apply deep expertise in IT outsourcing management.
- May manage short- to mid-term projects with responsibility for costs, methods, and outcomes.
- Solve atypical challenges requiring ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness.
- Contribute to new processes, standards, and operational plans.
- Identify problems and solutions.
- Support project execution, including objectives, timelines, risks, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
- Help drive successful project outcomes.
- Exercise independent judgment and advise on courses of action.
- May negotiate resolutions to issues.
- Can make recommendations on scope and strategy.
- Incorrect decisions can significantly impact major projects and business objectives.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
