Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $36.23hr - $41.23hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field or a combination of experience, education, and training.
  • Broad knowledge of project, program, or contract management; company policies, procedures, and practices; accounting and budgeting policies and practices.
  • Typically possesses 0-3 years experience in program or contract management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT outsourcing policies, standards, and procedures aligned with IT strategy.
  • Administer contracts for outsourced services in partnership with Procurement and Legal.
  • Analyze and report on vendor performance.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure vendors meet business and contractual requirements.
  • Oversee service delivery governance and contract compliance.
  • Facilitate resolution of operational and application service issues with vendors.
  • Identify risks associated with outsourced services and establish appropriate controls.
  • Report operational health and service performance to business and IT leadership.
  • Apply deep expertise in IT outsourcing management.
  • May manage short- to mid-term projects with responsibility for costs, methods, and outcomes.
  • Solve atypical challenges requiring ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness.
  • Contribute to new processes, standards, and operational plans.
  • Identify problems and solutions.
  • Support project execution, including objectives, timelines, risks, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Help drive successful project outcomes.
  • Exercise independent judgment and advise on courses of action.
  • May negotiate resolutions to issues.
  • Can make recommendations on scope and strategy.
  • Incorrect decisions can significantly impact major projects and business objectives.

Education and Experience:
