At Goal Solutions, this role exists to ensure vendor operations run efficiently, accurately, and without disruption. Youโ€™ll manage vendor relationships end-to-end, resolve issues quickly, and improve processes that impact cost, compliance, and service delivery.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating across teams, and improving how vendors perform.


What Youโ€™ll Do

- Own the vendor lifecycle from onboarding through performance management and offboarding

- Resolve vendor issues, discrepancies, and escalations with speed and accuracy

- Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and drive corrective actions when needed

- Partner with teams to ensure accurate billing and cost control

- Improve vendor processes through automation, tighter controls, and better documentation
