Job description

About Southeast Vending

Southeast Vending is a growing, locally owned vending and refreshment services company based in Atlanta. We partner with commercial properties and businesses to install and maintain modern vending machines at no cost to the location — turning an empty break room corner into a genuine amenity for employees, tenants, and guests. We are expanding and need a closer to help us grow.

About This Role

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to take warm, pre-qualified leads and convert them into signed partners. Our team has already done the legwork of identifying the right locations and the right decision makers. Your job is to build the relationship, make the case, and get the deal done.

This role is fully remote. You will work from your phone and laptop, run Zoom calls with prospects, and manage everything digitally. You set your own hours. If you are in the Atlanta area it can be helpful, but it is not a requirement.

Sales experience is not required. What matters is that you are a good communicator, you follow through consistently, and you know how to make people feel comfortable making a decision.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work a structured follow-up sequence with warm leads, combining phone and email outreach
  • Connect with the decision maker at each location and schedule a discovery call
  • Conduct Zoom calls that explain the program, address questions, and move toward a signed agreement
  • Initiate and manage the electronic signing of the Vending Services Agreement
  • Maintain communication with the client through machine installation, ensuring a smooth handoff
  • Track your pipeline accurately so deals move forward efficiently

The Deal Economics

Each signed location pays $200. There is no cap on how many you can close. A full-time Account Executive working a healthy pipeline has a realistic path to $100,000 or more per year. Part-time closers consistently earn meaningful supplemental income. There is no minimum commitment — you work at the level that fits your life.

What We Are Looking For

  • Clear, professional communicator — comfortable on the phone, on Zoom, and in writing
  • Disciplined about follow-up and pipeline management
  • Tech-comfortable — we use GoHighLevel for tracking and DocuSign-style electronic agreements
  • Self-motivated and accountable — no micromanagement here
  • Atlanta area familiarity is a plus, but not a dealbreaker

Compensation and Details

Role Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Commission: $200 per signed location — no cap

Full-Time Potential: $100,000+ annually for high performers

Schedule: Flexible — no minimum hour requirement

Location: Fully remote (Atlanta area preferred)

Send us a resume and a short note about yourself and why this role makes sense for you.
