Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Vending Technician and become a vital part of ensuring seamless operation and maintenance of vending machines across various locations. This energetic role offers the opportunity to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain vending equipment, delivering excellent service to our clients and customers. As a Vending Technician, you’ll utilize your mechanical skills, technical knowledge, and hands-on experience to keep machines running efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on vending machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and low voltage testers.
  • Utilize hand tools and mechanical knowledge to replace parts, adjust components, and resolve mechanical or electrical faults.
  • Conduct computer hardware diagnostics related to vending machine systems and update software or firmware as needed.
  • Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation for accurate repairs.
  • Maintain detailed service records, logs of repairs performed, parts used, and maintenance schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding service status, issues found, and resolution steps.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in field service or as a service technician with a focus on equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with hand tools and schematics interpretation.
