License Requirements:

  • Must have a valid Texas Driver License

Preferred Experience for Forklift Mechanic:

  • 1 year of experience in forklift repair or as a diesel mechanic

Requirements for Forklift Mechanic:

  • Must be able to lift 75 pounds
  • Must not be fearful of heights
  • Must have mechanical aptitude
  • Must be able to recognize letters and numbers
  • Must be flexible to occasionally travel out of town

Forklift Mechanic job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Repair and service lift trucks and other equipment
  • Operate lift trucks and equipment as required
  • Diagnose problems
  • Perform physical inspections of the equipment
  • All other duties as assigned
