This role is critical in ensuring our pre-owned vehicles meet dealership quality standards before they are offered for sale. Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical, cosmetic, and safety-related reconditioning on used vehicles
  • Complete multipoint inspections and document findings accurately
  • Diagnose and repair common issues such as brakes, tires, suspension, batteries, lights, and minor engine concerns
  • Coordinate with service advisors, used car managers, and detail teams to meet recon deadlines
  • Ensure all work meets dealership and manufacturer quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
