Your technical expertise will be used to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles while providing courteous service to every customer. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve customer vehicle concerns using current administrative and technical tools. Provide respectful and courteous interactions, serving as a secondary greeter near the Service Drive. Stay updated with technical publications and service systems to maintain effective performance. Sound judgment and decision-making abilities. Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent.
