Job Details Salary: Competitive pay Job Type: Full Time Location: Indianapolis, IN 46227 Position Overview As a Vehicle Reconditioning Service Technician, you will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality vehicle servicing and maintenance. Your technical expertise will be used to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles while providing courteous service to every customer. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve customer vehicle concerns using current administrative and technical tools. Provide respectful and courteous interactions, serving as a secondary greeter near the Service Drive. Stay updated with technical publications and service systems to maintain effective performance. Deliver safe and reliable vehicle service, addressing all customer concerns before recommending additional work. Inspect vehicles for maintenance opportunities following local and factory guidelines. Ensure vehicles are returned to customers clean and in excellent condition. Complete all required paperwork accurately and attach necessary documentation to repair orders. Qualifications Experience with warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models. Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals. Excellent communication skills and professional appearance. Positive attitude, high energy, and strong customer service focus. Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions effectively. Sound judgment and decision-making abilities. Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. ASE certification demonstrating technical aptitude is required.
