Familiarity with fleet management software, GPS tracking systems, and compliance regulations is typically required. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and effective communication skills are vital for coordinating teams and resolving operational challenges. These abilities ensure efficient vehicle utilization, regulatory compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations within the organization.
