**What You'll Do:**
* **Strategic Leadership & Organizational Development:** Integrate Logistics Planning, Demand Planning, Performance Management, and Customer Service into a cohesive, high-performing function. Foster a data-driven culture and mentor leaders to achieve measurable business outcomes.
* **Demand Planning & Forecasting Excellence:** Own and refine the end-to-end demand planning process, including volume forecasting, allocation planning, and scenario modeling. Drive strategic alignment and enhance forecast accuracy through advanced analytics and trend analysis.
* **Network Planning & Optimization:** Oversee comprehensive vehicle flow planning and network design across various transportation modes. Develop and implement capacity strategies to optimize throughput, reduce dwell time, improve asset utilization, and proactively mitigate supply disruptions.
* **Performance Management & Analytics:** Define and govern enterprise-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Lead the development of sophisticated reporting dashboards to provide senior leadership with executive-level data insights and actionable intelligence.
* **Customer Service & Stakeholder Alignment:** Ensure a proactive, high-quality experience for all internal and external accounts. Serve as the primary interface between operational teams, supply chain partners, sales, and clients to align priorities and foster strong relationships.
* **Continuous Improvement & Innovation:** Champion the adoption of digital tools, automation, and predictive analytics to standardize processes while maintaining the flexibility required for diverse customer needs.
* **Analytical Support & Recommendations:** Provide in-depth performance trend analysis and data-driven recommendations to support strategic and operational adjustments.
* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate extensively with Operations, Supply Chain, and Business Development teams to ensure seamless process integration and achieve shared objectives.
* **Cost Optimization:** Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements across all departmental operations.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's Degree.
* 10-15 years of direct experience in logistics, demand planning, supply chain, network optimization, customer service, or performance management.
* Experience in automotive logistics, finished vehicle logistics, planning analytics, or equivalent high-volume supply chain environments.
* Deep experience with transportation networks including rail, truck, and port operations
* 4-7 years of supervisory experience.
* Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and complex planning organizations.
* Strong background in forecasting, S&OP / IBP processes, and data analytics.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
* Strategic thinking with strong execution discipline.
* Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and influencing capabilities.
* Customer Service mindset with an ability to align internal priorities with client targets.

* Master's Degree.
* 13-18 years of direct experience.
