Are you ready to be a part of a fast-growing indoor farm revolution? We're hiring motivated individuals to help harvest and package fresh, locally grown vegetables and lettuces!
Hours: 7a-3:30p Monday- Friday
Pay: $16- $18/hr Depending on experience.
🚜 What You'll Do:
• Package fresh veggies with precision - correct weight, clean labels, and top-notch quality
• Keep your workspace clean and organized
• Meet daily production goals with pride
• Pitch in with transplanting, system cleaning, and equipment maintenance
• Take on other farm-related tasks as needed
🎯 What We're Looking For:
• Previous farm or packaging experience is a plus - but not required!
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work

• Ability to stay on your feet for long periods
