go! Sy Thai is a local favorite pulling in a busy lunch & dinner hour — demanding skillful staff members.  We are a fast casual 1,500 sq ft (dining room: 750 sq ft) restaurant.

Seeking an AWESOME Front of House team member to join our hardworking, fast pace team. We work with a diverse group of individuals and an even more diverse clientele base.  We hope to find someone who has a positive and professional attitude towards the restaurant service industry.

Our front of house (FOH) crew works hard and diligently to ensure customers are guiding to ordering with the best recommendations guided by the customers taste and dietary restrictions, as well as popular menu itmes.

Our back of house (BOH) crew works under extreme heat conditions in wok range that pumps out Thai food in minutes, hands it off to our front of house team that double and triple checks orders before handing it off to customers; making sure everything is good!  

We seek a well rounded teammate who knows the work or at least has the mindset and capacity to learn the work.

JOB DUTIES EXPECTED:

Rotating FOH Job Duties per/position 

-clean toilets/restrooms
-handling & cutting fresh vegetables 
-preparing hot soups
-lifting & stocking inventory
-responsible for cleaning/maintaining dining room, floors, chairs, barstools, benches, tables, counter tops, fill/stock & restock inventory/condiments
-POS skills
-Top Notch Customer Service Skills
-Answer phone & tablet orders
-PAY RATE based on experience (max $10/hr + tips, with possible 6-12month raise)

AVAILABILITY:  FULL TIME (Weekdays) & PART TIME (weekends)
