We are applying our TransCon technology to build a leading, fully-integrated biopharmaceutical company with an independent pipeline of long-acting prodrug therapies that address unmet patient needs.

We are growing fast and to support this growth, we need to move even faster. We need a self-starter who can see vacuums and opportunities and jump in to move things forward. Our team needs to scale to support ever-growing demands, so we need team members who can think pragmatically to move forward now, but who can also think long-term to ensure what we do today can grow to support us tomorrow. We also need to have fun. Our team is engaged on both a professional and personal level. We are a tightly knit team and want to keep that feeling even as we get bigger.

  • Continuously engage with project coordinators, facilitating content review and approval processes, addressing production issues, and identifying areas for improvement to discuss with Global Product Owners and stakeholders.
  • Define and optimize workflows for content review and approval, ensuring efficient deployment and ongoing maintenance across global, regional, and local markets, including Europe and the US.
  • Build new Digital Asset Management (DAM) capabilities, allowing for global asset approval, localization, cross-market asset sharing, source file management, and promotion of materials to both internal and external teams.
  • Lead difficult conversations with stakeholders around prioritization and solutioning, leveraging data points, best practices, and effective communication to guide decisions and build confidence.
  • Monitor content throughput, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to enhance performance and the overall user experience.
  • Lead the administration of Veeva Vault, managing configurations, updates, and optimization of workflows related to PromoMats and MedComms.
  • Research and implement new product features, working closely with business stakeholders on prototypes, pilots, and product enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with SDLC methodology and governance processes with emphasis on testing and documentation of all releases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document Business Process Mapping, Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Test Cases, User Guides, and Admin Guides, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is required.
  • 6 years of total experience in digital marketing services with extensive expertise in content approval management and digital asset management (DAM).
