Job Description Lead VDC Designer- Tucson, AZ Are you passionate about bridging design and construction using advanced virtual tools. We're seeking a skilled Pre-Construction VDC Lead Designer to join a dynamic team working on exciting commercial mechanical and plumbing projects. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external design partners to transform design intent into constructible, coordinated models.

You'll lead VDC processes, coordinate clash detection, and support field teams by delivering accurate, build-ready BIM content. Weekly meetings with project stakeholders and VDC partners will keep designs on track, aligned with evolving project needs. We're looking for someone with: 3+ years of VDC or BIM experience in MEP coordination Proficiency in Revit Fabrication, Navisworks, and Bluebeam Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability Experience reading and interpreting construction documents Preferred: Associate degree in drafting or related field, or equivalent experience.
