Who You Are:

You are interested in being the backbone of modern finance by connecting banks and businesses around the world with modern solutions that keep them moving forward. Our Vault Personnel are vital to the success of our branch locations, processing and verifying inbound and outbound liability while ensuring accurate reporting and the security of both our liability and personnel.

The Vault Personnel Role:

In branch locations around the world, we're doing the critical cash accounting work that keeps modern commerce moving. Our work is essential, so our team members are essential. We verify bank deposits, prepare cash shipments and connect money from one place to the next. We do it because it makes us proud - #BrinksProud. Brink's vault security jobs are exceptional opportunities for highly motivated individuals with strong customer service, data entry, and bookkeeping/record keeping abilities. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Guard and maintain the safety and security of our employees, vault, and liability at all times
  • Prepare outbound orders and replenishments for the next day's routes
  • Monitor performance of processes and machines to ensure efficiency
  • Complete data entry for all transactions of liability
  • Generate and maintain all records and reports daily
  • Other duties as directed
  • Guard liability and assets

The Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Data Entry skills
  • Flexibility to work in a fast pace ever changing environment
  • A valid firearms permit OR ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements
  • Ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses
  • Ability to work collaboratively in our branch locations
  • Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position.

The Additional Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience in at least one of the following: cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault balancing, account reconciliation, ATM processing, cashier/teller experience
  • Military background
