We are not currently accepting new graduate or new to speciality applications.   Our next posting period will be July 1, 2026 for an October 16, 2026 start date.  Positions can be found under National Resident RN (<12 months experience as an RN) or RN Transition/Fellowship (>12 months experience as an RN.

As a Clinical Nurse at St. Bernardine Medical Center, you will be responsible for coordinating total patient care for assigned patients, ensuring the highest standards of care and support. Utilizing your knowledge of growth and development principles across the lifespan, you will assess patient status, interpret critical data, and provide appropriate, patient-centered care as defined by hospital policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive care to assigned patients, ensuring their unique age-specific needs are met.
  • Assess patient data, interpret findings, and determine necessary interventions based on patient status.
  • Demonstrate active participation in fulfilling the mission of St. Bernardine Medical Center and adherence to the organization’s core values.
  • Support the hospital’s strategic plan and actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

  • One (1) year experience in the area of specialty. Please note: We are currently unable to train RNs without a minimum of six (6) months acute care experience; new graduates are not eligible.
