Job description

How you will make an impact:

  • Lead the Autographed Mystery Product Business - Own the end-to-end product lifecycle and data management responsibilities for assigned Under Wraps business. Responsibilities include assortment planning, checklist management, determining optimal run sizes and pricing based on market demand and margin targets, monitoring inventory levels of raw goods, creation of assets to assist with product sell-in and reporting on product sell-through.
  • Execute the Day-to-Day Responsibility of the Vertical - Responsible for the creation of Stock Keeping Units (SKU) and variable data for all releases within your assigned sports and ensure accurate, timely receiving of the product assortments you develop. 
  • Vendor Relationship Management - Oversee strategic print and packaging vendor partnerships aligned with evolving business needs and market trends.
  • Problem Solve when Challenges Arise - Partner cross functionally to proactively address and resolve issues such as shipping or manufacturing delays, fan services inquiries and marketing/social requests.
  • Cultivate League and PA relationships - Collaborate closely with leagues and players' associations to drive business growth, unlock new product opportunities, and ensure timely approvals through strong relationship management. Ensure compliance within contractual obligations. 

What you bring to the team:

  1. Ability to work well under pressure as the mystery memorabilia world is ever changing so we can capitalize on hot products and micro-moments.
  2. Advanced attention to detail and superior organization skills for project tracking and release calendar adherence.  
  3. Deep understanding of sports/athletes and the fans they serve - and the ability to merge a unified vision of product to drive sales and a culture that is relentlessly focused on enhancing the fan experience with Fanatics
  4. Obsessive about best-in-class customer/ fan experience across all touch points to build best in class mystery products across the sports you are responsible for
  5. Highly data/metrics-driven and analytical with a structured problem-solving approach and with a profound understanding of how to drive sophisticated customer intelligence capability, working closely with data teams to do so in an omni-channel environment, and will have deep familiarity with the relevant supporting technologies to drive best-in-class experience.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in licensing, merchandising, inventory management, planning and operations is a plus
  • Collectibles/Memorabilia experience is a plus
