Job description

Serves as a senior consultant and lead facilitator responsible for delivering Culture, Development, Inclusion, and Leadership (CDIL) development experiences with primary responsibility for senior leader and executive development programs. Partners with program managers, HR leaders, and business stakeholders to co-design, support, and facilitate high-impact development for senior leaders and executive populations. Provides expertise in leadership and executive development, leadership capability building, coaching, and facilitation excellence to support enterprise talent priorities, leadership effectiveness, and organizational performance. May require occasional flexibility in working hours to accommodate international time zones and up to 15% travel to AZ or TX locations to support in-person program delivery.
Core Responsibilities
  • Facilitates and co-designs CDIL experiences focused on topics such as but not limited to strategic leadership, executive effectiveness, organizational influence, succession readiness, leadership transitions, team effectiveness, and transformation leadership.
  • Serves as the primary facilitator for senior leader, executive, and high-profile Leadership Academy experiences while maintaining the capability to facilitate core development and leadership development offerings as business needs require.
  • Leads executive onboarding, leadership acceleration, senior leader development, and enterprise leadership experiences while supporting broader CDIL offerings.
  • Consults with program managers, HR leaders, and business stakeholders to assess capability needs and recommend development approaches for leaders at all levels, with emphasis on senior leader and executive populations.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert in leadership development, executive development, coaching, adult learning, and facilitation excellence.
  • Coaches senior leaders and executive participants to enhance learning transfer, leadership effectiveness, and development outcomes.
  • Mentors and develops trainers through facilitation coaching, observation feedback, train-the-trainer support, and guidance on complex learning experiences.
  • Evaluates learning effectiveness through analysis of participant feedback, program outcomes, and leadership capability measures. Recommends enhancements to improve learner impact and experience.
  • Research and apply emerging trends, best practices, and innovative approaches in leadership development, executive development, coaching, and learning delivery.
  • Serves as lead for complex learning experiences and promotes facilitation excellence across the CDIL portfolio.
  • Travels up to 15% to AZ or TX locations to support in-person facilitation.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years related experience.
  • Three years of leadership development, executive development, coaching, talent development, HR, or training experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating senior leader and executive-level learning experiences.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Graduate degree, executive coaching certification, advanced facilitation certification, or equivalent professional credential preferred.
